This will help keeping edits to a minimum and will result in a quicker process.I will also require a written statement from you that you have read and understood these Terms of Service.As soon as we come to an agreement, I will send you a PayPal invoice. The payment has to be done 100% upfront and only in EUR (€). The commission won't be started until the payment is processed. RefundsIf you want a refund, contact me. You don't need to state a reason. If you contact me before I sent the first sketch, I will offer you a full refund. If you contact me after I sent the first sketch but before I sent another update (may it be a second sketch or the lineart), I'll offer you a 50% refund. If you contact me after I already sent you another update (may it be a second sketch or the lineart) after the first sketch, I'll offer no refund.

Commission ProcessI will work on commissions and be reachable throughout all seven days of the week as long as I don't have other commitments. This can change at any point without prior notification. If I won't be able to work on commissions for longer periods of time, I will give notice. The time it will take to finish your commission will depend on how frequently you answer my e-mails regarding the commission process. Keep time zones in mind when trying to contact me if I don't answer immediately.As soon as your turn comes up on the waiting list, I will contact you and start with your commission. I will send you every step (sketch, lineart, flats, full render, background—depending on what you commissioned) to get your approval before I continue with the next one. You can request two edits per step, if you require more, every other edit will be an extra 5€.If you're happy with your commission, I will send you the high-resolution version.

My RightsI keep all the rights over the commission. This includes but is not limited to me displaying it in portfolios, self-promotions, galleries, or on my social medias without asking you for permission. I can't make any money directly off it. You will always be credited as the commissioner if I decide to distribute your commission in any of those ways.

Your RightsAll commissions bought from me are for personal use only. You can't make money, directly or indirectly, off of it, which means you can't sell it, make merchandise of it, or publish it in any way or form that will generate you money.
